Self, Turners Falls, MA
Dial Self is a social services organization that provides residential
and support services to youth at risk. The proposed renovation of the
three story brick building that currently houses eight residents and
staff will include complete renovation of the existing four units with
new kitchens and baths, new interior egress stair to replace an existing
exterior stair, and a complete gut/rehab of the first floor for new
common rooms, staff offices and residential apartments. Construction to
be completed by Summer 2007.

Longmeadow Street, Longmeadow, MA
Bay Path College purchased this 1912 home on the historic Longmeadow
Green to be renovated for the presidents new home. Renovation includes
complete exterior restoration of existing wood siding and trim and
porches, new windows, and a new addition that will capture the character
of the existing house.

School Street, Northampton, MA
A gut/rehab as well as an addition to an existing 100 year old house in
downtown Northampton for use as affordable rental housing units owned
and developed by Valley Community Development Corporation. Currently
awaiting funding under Massachusetts “One Stop Application Program”.

INC. Holyoke, MA
Design for a new 20,000 sqft. recreation center in downtown Holyoke that
includes gymnasium, administrative offices, multipurpose room,
commercial kitchen, exterior courts and gardens, service building and
parking, and program rooms for; art, science, technology, teens, and
health. Schematic design complete and fund raising underway.

Goodwin
Memorial Library, Hadley, MA
Ford Gillen Architects entered into a
contract with the Goodwin Memorial Library in March 2006 to study and
recommend options for repair and stabilization of the existing brick
foundation wall, and to study and provide accessibility options to the
library in it's present configuration and options for future expansion
that would include full accessibility, and evaluation of programmatic
needs for optimizing Library space for local needs, Massachusetts Board
of Library Commissioners (MBLC) guidelines, and the Hadley Proposed
Maser Plan.
